ROLLING STONE RFP TEMPLATE

One of my first projects at Rolling Stone was a complete overhaul of all marketing materials - starting with the RFP template. The brand had recently undergone a re-design and all of the existing materials felt visually outdated. I collaborated with the editorial Creative Director and VP of Marketing to rebuild this deck from scratch while also helping the company transition from Google Slides to Keynote, which would give us greater design flexibility. This project was a heavy exercise in design systems thinking and information architecture. I regularly tested the new designs by converting old decks into the new template, noting what worked and what didn’t, and iterating from there. In the end, I created a clear hierarchy that satisfied all of the marketing departments’ needs while also bringing the sophistication of the editorial re-brand into the sales org materials for the first time. After launch, I led trainings for the marketing department on the new deck and Keynote.
